Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 10 days of delivery. Include a photo and a brief description of the issue. Once approved, we'll ship a replacement within 3 business days or issue a refund to your original payment method.

What’s Not Covered
We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
Incorrect Address: If the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
Unclaimed Packages: Shipments returned due to being unclaimed.
Buyer's Remorse: Returns due to change of mind are not eligible.
Customs Issues: Orders returned or rejected due to customs regulations or unpaid duties.
